Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and responsible for educating guests and building brand loyalty.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and support the loyalty program while upholding company policy and values.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly support Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
