Carter’s Retail Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, guide them through product styles and benefits, and foster a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

You’ll lead a small team, coach for omni-channel excellence, and drive sales while maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates show a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success while modeling service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns timely.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
