Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will guide customers on product styles and benefits, welcome families, and foster an inclusive store environment.

In this role you’ll lead an assigned business focus area, coach team members in omni-channel sales, and drive customer loyalty through Carter’s programs and discounts. Availability include some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert for families across sizes.
• Greet customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a customer-focused sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, inclusive environment for staff and customers.

• Lead and execute a defined business focus area.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties with timely issue resolution.
• Use customer feedback to drive improvements and actions.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and credit offerings.
• Provide timely feedback to store team and escalate concerns to the Store Manager.
