Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll coach, train, and lead a team while delivering outstanding service and product knowledge to customers.

The role blends leadership with hands-on selling, ensuring an inclusive, welcoming store environment that reflects our values. You will maintain brand standards, drive sales through omni-channel experiences, and participate in development programs designed to grow your skills and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach store team.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
• Comfort handling multiple tasks and shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate our range from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute a planned business focus area with follow-through.
