Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will celebrate new parents, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school milestones.

You’ll lead a team with a welcoming, inclusive environment and coach for omni-channel service. Responsibilities include becoming a product and brand expert, greeting customers, maintaining focus on sales, and driving results through leadership on duty and feedback-driven improvement.
