Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional service, and coach a diverse team to meet sales and service goals.

You’ll become a product and brand expert across Carter’s family of brands, welcome customers, and foster an inclusive, engaging environment on the sales floor. This role offers flexibility and development opportunities within a trusted retail culture.

Qualifications

• Must-have: positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
• A variety of skills and experiences.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success and lead an assigned business focus area.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities with timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and action improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and address performance concerns with the Store Manager.
• Support store team with Asset Protection through customer service and safety.
