Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain product styles and benefits, and coach others to deliver an omni-channel experience.

This role includes Leader on Duty responsibilities and driving results while maintaining a welcoming store culture. You’ll help build loyalty, manage schedules, and support a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product features.
• Lead and execute a defined business focus area on the sales floor.
• Provide Leaders on Duty responsibilities and timely resolutions to concerns.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and credit offers.
• Offer in‑the‑moment feedback to store team and raise issues to the Store Manager.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive environment for employees and customers.
