Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, greet guests, and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll represent the AEO values, love AE and Aerie products, and engage customers with the AEO Selling Model.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, resolve guest questions, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate with teammates to get the job done while adhering to store policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Enjoy working evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
