Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while staying flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Must be at least 16 and energetic.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people, energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experience in retail preferred, practice makes perfect.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and demonstrate integrity.
