Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in Freehold, NJ. You will provide an outstanding shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, upholding store standards with energy and integrity. Ideal candidates enjoy interactions, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and have prior retail

• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE/Aerie products and brand
• Experience representing a brand with authenticity and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain standards.
• Represent the brand with integrity and be the face of AEO.
