Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador for Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, NJ. This role brings the brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing AE & Aerie with pride.

You’ll educate guests on products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across multiple store areas while resolving guest concerns with policy in mind. Must be 16+ with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and brand policies in all interactions.
