Job summary

Paramus, NJ-based AE store is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to create an outstanding shopping experience and proudly represent our brand. You’ll engage guests, share product knowledge, and promote AE & Aerie loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

You bring energy, love interacting with people, and retail experience. You’re 18+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays to help guests shop.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while staying within store policies.
• Support your team and help get the job done.
