Job summary

AEO is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store in Rochester, MN. You will engage guests with a friendly, products-focused approach and help build loyalty through the AE family experience.

You will be a welcoming face, comfortable guiding customers through AE & Aerie product details, marketing loyalty programs, and brand channels while maintaining store standards and values.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and deliver great service.
• Uphold brand integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
