Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Rochester Hills, MI to bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of our company, love the products, and build brand loyalty with each guest while staying true to our values. You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, and introduce the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and friendly demeanor.
• Retail experience or familiarity with fashion and brands is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest options to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and uphold brand standards.
