Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Millbury, MA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the AE/Aerie brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll be the face of the brand, educate guests on products, and drive loyalty with every interaction. Responsibilities include engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
