Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Troy, MI to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. The role emphasizes energy, reliability, and strong guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide thoughtful product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
