Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Merrimack, NH. You will energize the store environment, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, and promote AE/Aerie products while sharing the brand love through loyalty programs and channels.

You'll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service, solving guest concerns, and representing the REAL AEO experience with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Adapt to Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
