Job summary

Aerie Outlet (AEO) is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Manchester, NH. You will bring our brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You are the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to brand values while representing the REAL you at work. You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing approach and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of AE & Aerie products and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
