Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Woodburn, OR to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and will educate guests on products and loyalty programs.

You’ll flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest concerns while upholding store policy and working with your team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Able to engage guests and educate on AE/Aerie products.
• Willing to promote the loyalty program and brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Work as part of a team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and follow AEO policies.
