Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador for the Aerie brand in Millbury, MA. You will bring our brand to life, provide customers with an amazing shopping experience, and represent our values with your REAL self.

You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom. Prior retail experience and energy are valued.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You are at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
