You'll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program and brand channels, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding store policies and teamwork.

• Retail experience.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to policies.
