Job summary

You will engage customers, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding store standards and policies. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products with a friendly, first-name basis approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store operations and objectives.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
