Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience for every guest and represent our brand with energy and integrity.

You will educate guests on AE products, highlight loyalty programs, and flex across multiple store zones to meet customer needs. This role requires enthusiasm, teamwork, and a genuine passion for retail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce and explain the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
