Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Natick, MA. You will bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with your real self every day.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, strongly promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom to meet guest needs while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person who can engage with guests and build rapport.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You’re at least 18 years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
