Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Sandy, UT is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with every interaction.

You’ll work across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, resolve guest concerns, and represent our company values with integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and uphold company values.
