Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, engage guests with our selling model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program to drive brand loyalty.

You’ll move across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest issues with integrity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details while making recommendations.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can hang and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
