Job summary

American Eagle in Sandy, UT is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies. This role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and a passion for AE products, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to shoppers.
• Be flexible—work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.

Responsibilities
