Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Murray, UT is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with every store visit.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolve guest concerns with integrity, and share the brand love through the loyalty program. Prior retail experience helps, and being at least 16 is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make personalized recommendations.
• Introduce and promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Be a team player and assist the team in achieving store goals.
• Maintain integrity and comply with AEO policies and procedures.
