American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Cary, NC. You will bring the AE brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and reflecting the company values.

You will educate guests on products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to serve customers with energy and integrity. We value individuals who love interacting with people, bring high energy, and have prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail environments.
• Ability to engage with guests and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team and help get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
