Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Huntersville, NC. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a memorable shopping experience and building loyalty with guests every day. You’ll share product knowledge, assist across zones, and represent our values with your authentic self.

Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy working with people, and have prior retail experience. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is important to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold company policies and integrity in all actions.
