American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Charlotte, NC. You will be the face of our brand, delivering an amazing in-store shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll love AE/Aerie products and bring our values to life every day. The role requires energy and a people-first attitude, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You will rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to support store goals

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, people-oriented and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver an exceptional shopping experience using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed and help teammates.
