Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in North Carolina seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, love the products, and build loyalty with every guest.

You’ll work across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while representing our values with your REAL self. You are energetic, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
