Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our values.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest concerns with policy in mind and contributing to a high-energy, team-driven store environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and people-oriented with a shopping focus.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experienced in retail preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on the sales floor with finding products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
