Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador for our Altoona, PA location. You bring energy to the store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll educate customers on AE & Aerie products, explain loyalty programs, and work across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You’ll be part of a team that values integrity and exceptional guest service, with opportunities to grow within the brand.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Be a supportive team player and contribute to store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
