Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Altoona, PA. You will bring the brand to life in-store, helping guests have an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every interaction.

As a team member, you’ll use the AEO Selling Model, share product knowledge, and promote AE loyalty programs while hopping between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO selling model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
