Job summary

American Eagle Altoona, PA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide customers with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and committed to high standards of service.

You will educate guests on product details, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest needs and store

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer tailored suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and uphold brand standards.
