Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in Fair Oaks. You will welcome guests, sell with energy, and represent our values while delivering an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll educate guests about AE and Aerie products and promote the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom, solving problems and supporting the team to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products and do so with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Able to flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
