American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while upholding company values.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to support store operations and guest satisfaction. They emphasize teamwork, integrity, and energetic customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in AE & Aerie products and retail fashion.
• Ability to engage guests and drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests on the shop floor using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
