American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and you represent our values with your REAL self, helping guests find what they need using the AEO Selling Model.

You love AE and Aerie products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can work evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find what they are looking for using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
