Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at our Indianapolis store. You will bring the AE/Aerie brand to life, provide an exceptional shopping experience, and build brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll represent the brand with energy and integrity, working across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are at least 16 years old, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays to help guests shop

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a collaborative team player and support the store team.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
