Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Greenwood, Indiana is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador who brings energy and a guest-first mindset to every interaction.

You will represent the brand, help guests find products, and create an amazing shopping experience that leaves them wanting to return. You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to build loyalty.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
