Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Kokomo, IN to bring our brand to life through exceptional guest service. You’ll create a friendly, energetic shopping experience, educate guests about AE & Aerie products, and help build loyalty while reflecting our brand values.

This role requires a people person who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, is available evenings, weekends and holidays, and is at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with guests in a retail environment.
• Ability to explain product details and make recommendations.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and assist with needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
• Uphold company policies and integrity in daily work.
