Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Fredericksburg, VA to bring the brand to life in-store. You will welcome guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and create an enjoyable shopping experience that leaves guests impressed.

The role requires flexibility to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, staying energetic in a fast-paced environment while promoting loyalty programs and upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
