You will connect with customers, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Navigate Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
