Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Prince William, VA to bring the brand to life daily and provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll be the face of the brand, passionate about AE/Aerie products, and focused on driving loyalty while representing our values with your authentic self. • Retail experience
• 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions to fit their needs
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy
• Demonstrate teamwork and support the store team
• Uphold integrity and comply with AEO policies and procedures
