You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on product details, explain the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, while upholding policies and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and help get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
