Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You’ll serve as the face of the company, excited to share AE and Aerie product knowledge, build brand loyalty, and represent our values with your authentic self. You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and brand loyalty skills.
• Able to operate in multiple store zones.
• Respect brand policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to guide purchases.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies.
