American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Springfield, VA to bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of our brand, excited to share AE & Aerie products and promote loyalty programs while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You’ll flex across Selling Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering energetic, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE/Aerie products andbrand experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Selling Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Uphold company policies and represent the brand with integrity.
