Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Concord, CA. You will bring the brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests about AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom is expected, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work part-time including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
