Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and create a positive in-store experience.
• Wamiliar with retail environments and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Interest in AE and Aerie products with willingness to learn the selling model.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce and explain the AE loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies.
• Support team in achieving store goals and maintain a collaborative environment.
• Uphold company integrity and policies in all interactions.
